Gather views and perceptions as widely as possible

You will probably start by using the checklist or questionnaire with a leadership group of some kind. But you, as the leadership team, will benefit tremendously from listening to all the age groups in the rest of the church (and those around its fringe). As a church, you will also need to hear from those in your local community. The appendix to this section suggests some methods, and possible activities, to achieve this gathering of views.
